About me
Hi, I’m Caroline — Nutritional Therapist, Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner, and Hypnotherapist.
My journey
My path into nutrition and functional medicine began long before it became my profession, shaped by my own experience of imbalance, curiosity, and transformation.
Growing up on a diet dominant in ultra-processed foods, I struggled with hormonal disruption, digestive symptoms, and severe acne throughout my teens. It wasn’t until dance college at 18 that I experienced my first real shift — realising that how I nourished myself directly affected how I felt, performed, and lived. Learning to work with my body rather than against it changed everything.
Professional dancer and model
In my twenties, while working as a professional dancer and model, the high demand nature of the industry often pulled my health off balance. When I came off the oral contraceptive pill in my mid-twenties, my symptoms returned with force. A diagnosis of PCOS and infertility— delivered as a life sentence with no solution — became a pivotal moment.
I chose not to accept it. Working with a naturopathic nutritionist, I addressed the root causes of my symptoms and, within months, restored my cycle, cleared my skin, and regained energy and clarity. That experience reshaped my understanding of the body’s innate intelligence — and set the course for everything that followed.
Becoming a therapist
I retrained as a Nutritional Therapist and Functional Medicine Practitioner to help others reclaim their health in the same way. These principles have guided my own life too — from naturally conceiving twins to navigating pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and periods of high demand with resilience and trust in my body.
What began as a personal journey became a professional calling: to bring depth, clarity, and lasting transformation to others through personalised, root-cause medicine.
About Tanit Wellbeing
Tanit and Ibiza
For those who live in (or love) Ibiza, the name Tanit carries deep meaning. Long before Roman, Moorish, or Christian influence, Tanit was the island’s principal Carthaginian deity — the goddess of creativity, the moon, fertility, and dance, and a powerful symbol of feminine strength.
Though her worship was suppressed in the 1st century AD, Tanit’s essence still permeates the island — a timeless symbol of empowerment, cyclical renewal, and feminine wisdom.
When I moved to Ibiza, her story resonated deeply. Tanit embodied the same principles that guide my work: creation, protection, freedom, and trust in the body’s natural rhythms. Inspired by this connection, I evolved my long-standing practice, The Health Reset, into Tanit Wellbeing.
Healing and restoring balance
Today, Tanit Wellbeing blends science, intuition, and nature’s intelligence to support deep, personalised transformation. While I work across a broad range of health concerns, fertile heath is my core specialism alongside hormonal, digestive, and health optimisation care.
Whether you’re stepping into a fertility journey, restoring balance after burnout, or through your health wanting to experience life more fully, Tanit’s essence runs through this work — honouring healing as a cyclical, creative journey of resilience, wisdom, and power.

Expertise, qualifications & integrity
Why trust matters in a world full of wellness noise
The wellness industry can feel like the Wild West — crowded, contradictory, and driven by trends rather than truth. In a space where minimal training can translate into loud opinions, credible, regulated, evidence-based care matters.
I trained for three years at the College of Naturopathic Medicine, followed by advanced mentorship through the Fertility Nutrition Centre, and gained full certification with the Institute for Functional Medicine (IFM). My additional training includes nutritional oncology, genetics, obesity and eating disorders, as well as NLP and hypnotherapy.
While my accrediting bodies require 30 hours per year for ongoing professional development, I typically commit over 200 hours per year to further education and mentorship with leaders in women’s health — because science evolves, and your practitioner should too.
My clinical work spans gut and hormone health, perimenopause, autoimmunity, cardiovascular health, longevity, and health optimisation. Fertility and complex infertility cases remain my most specialist area.
I am registered with BANT, CNHC, IFM, ABH, and ABNLP, and work within strict professional and ethical standards.
Please note: I currently am not taking on clients experiencing active cancer, active eating disorders, or neurodiversity such as autism.
